How does self check-in work?<\/summary>\n

One day before arrival, we\u2019ll send your access code by email and SMS. You can unlock your room with your phone or the door PIN \u2014 no reception required.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When can I arrive and leave?<\/summary>\n

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We may be able to adjust these times by prior arrangement \u2014 please contact us in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is the cancellation policy?<\/summary>\n

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival. For later cancellations, we charge the first night of your stay.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
